Buyers: use the receipt

The receipt is the fastest door. It comes from our payment processor under Fieldnote Guides and it carries your order, so a reply to it lands with everything we need: a missing guide, a dead link or a duplicate charge. On your statement the charge reads FIELDNOTE GUIDES.

If you have not bought anything

Honest answer: there is no general inbox on this domain yet. Mail routing is not configured, so an address on this page would swallow your message without either of us knowing. A reply to the payment receipt is the only route tied to this site, and it exists only if you bought something; short of that there is nothing here that reaches us, and we are not going to invent a channel to look approachable.

Send corrections

Corrections matter to us more than compliments, and we would rather have them late than not at all. If you find a figure that is wrong, a claim that does not hold, or a dead link, note the page and what is wrong with it — and if you know the better source, that is the most useful thing you can send.

Please do not ask for

We do not accept paid placements, sponsored reviews or guest posts, and we do not link out as a favour. We also do not offer one-to-one consulting: what we publish is a document, not a support contract.

Data requests

There is very little about you for us to hold, and what there is and why is set out in the privacy policy. A request that requires us to identify you can only be handled through a purchase receipt.
